We feel we stand apart from other companies for several reasons.

1. We build solid, innovative products without the high price tag of other “boutique” companies. Speaking of “boutique”, we really would rather be referred to as “handmade” or “hand-built”. A boutique is a place where women go to buy underwear!
2. Everything is built by us, by hand, one at a time. We do it all! Drilling, powder coating, soldering and all assembly and testing.
3. We care about our dealers and our customers. We listen to what you have to say. We are always open to suggestions and criticisms. Just because we think something is bitchin’ doesn’t mean you will, so let us know!
4. We offer excellent customer support via email or phone. We try and answer any questions and respond to our customers needs as quickly as possible.
5. We offer many custom colors, knobs, designs and mods giving our customers the ability to own a “one of a kind” custom guitar effects pedal.
6. We do not sell direct. We only sell through dealers or distributors. Believe it or not, this is to the customers advantage. Dealers offer the customer additional support after the sale and also creates competitive pricing.
7. We are all musicians. Even our lawyer! We all play and are active in the music industry in one way or another.
