2. Everything is build by us, by hand, one at a time. We do it all! Drilling, powder coating, soldering and all assembly and testing.
3. We care about our dealers and our customers. We listen to what you have to say. We are always open to suggestions and criticisms. Just because we think something is bitchin' doesn't mean you will, so let us know!
4. We offer excellent customer support via email or phone. We try and answer any questions and respond to our customers needs as quickly as possible.
5. We offer many custom colors, knobs, designs and mods giving our customers the ability to own a "one of a kind" custom guitar effects pedal.
6. We do not sell direct. We only sell through dealers or distributors. Believe it or not, this is to the customers advantage. Dealers offer the customer additional support after the sale and also creates competitive pricing.
7. We are all musicians. Even our lawyer! We all play and are active in the music industry in one way or another.

What power supplies should I use with my pedal?
The following UL or CE listed power supplies will work with all of our pedal with the exception of the Germania and Germania 44:
Ibanez AC-109
Dunlop DCB-10
Boss PSA-120
Digitech PS200R
There are several others that will work. They just need to be UL or CE listed, 9 volts dc, negative center, filtered and regulated supplies rated at 100ma or greater.
The Germania and Germania 44 require a 9 volt dc, POSITIVE center, filtered and regulated supply rated at 100ma or greater. Because of this the Germania and Germania 44 will not work with an AC adapter when ran with other negative center pedals. A battery must be used. However, there is a supply available that will run the Germania and Germania 44 with all other negative center pedals. The supply is the
VOODOO LAB PEDAL POWER 2
Please feel free to email us if you have any questions regarding power supply choice and operation.
